Beyond the Waterfall

I completed this quick study of a waterfall at a nearby park. While I usually work
in transparent watercolors, here I added touches of opaque white to stress
the churning of the waters beneath the falls. The design was kept simple,
allowing the viewer to focus on the dramatic action and distant colors instead.
