The horses were painted freehand, with no drawings prepared ahead.
I enjoy the freedom this technique provides, these horses are loose and flowing
across the image. A sense of rhythm and speed is conveyed through repetition
of the horses' shapes into the distance. Again, a very restricted color palette is used here, really
only two or three colors.
