Completed entirely on the computer, this was based on a combination of photos
I'd taken of my dog looking skyward, and also just from watching him
scout around the Christmas tree. The composition was worked over several times
until I arrived at the finished version; other objects had first been in the
position of the gingerbread cookie, from a star to an angel ornament.
As for the corgi, he has just opened a beautiful new toy for a present,
but it seems that he would really prefer the cookie.
