I do love the look of stars in night skies, and this image was created
from a memory of just such as evening. Here, the starlight plays
off the winter snow and trees. Coming in from the view outside,
I immediately sat at the computer and developed this painting,
using the view out my window to help build up true colors into the scene.
The lone Christmas star shines brightly, giving this image a reflective, Christmas mood.
